I hear you, but I maintain that, where the Constitution is actually silent, as it is with stolen elections, the fraudulently elected official’s title and actions are void ab initio and should ultimately be declared so, once findings of fact have been duly entered in Court.

The states sent their electors. If the states spent the time to investigate the issues of fraud and held back their electors, we’d be in a very different situation. But it’s important to remember that the American people do NOT elect the President of the United States; the Electoral College does. And the states are empowered to select their electors in any way they see fit. They could do it by lottery or by armed combat trials. Totally up to them.

There is no going back. We must focus on exposing the fraud that took place and FIXING the election processes that enabled fraud to happen, particularly in the places where it was most difficult to demonstrate. The election PROCESS must be addressed. The 2020 election was over the moment the electors cast their ballots. Ensuring that future elections are fair and transparent is the priority.

The Constitution does not require that a popular vote be taken or counted fairly. Electors do it, get certified by the state legislatures, and the electoral college meets and gets certified in Congress, and it’s done, with or without an accurate popular vote count.

The only federal office which actually requires a popular vote is Representatives in Congress.
