Disagree. His judgement is fine. Trump was riding solo in the swamp. Barr would have just fired him if he had stuck his neck out. That that would have been that because of the bipartisan nature of the stolen election. They all wanted Trump gone and McSwain would have been a footnote.
Had Barr fired him for investigating election fraud, it would have made news and reached Trump. Trump might have countermanded that order, or used Barr's action as proof of the need for a special counsel. McSwain then might have become the special prosecutor, or his/her deputy. There are times to resign or get fired to cause a political firestorm.
Bottom line: McSwain failed to get the job done.

Everything hinges on the bipartisan nature of tbe coup. Had this guy stuck his neck out it would have been chopped off just like Bobulinski and anybody else getting in the way of removing Trump and the MAGA agenda. Trillions of dollars are at stake and the GOP has no interest in supporting Trump’s MAGA agenda.
