They’re a private company. And if they want to land the plane and kick you off, and forbid you from flying on their planes again, that is their right. You don’t like it? Charter your own plane.
That’s a slippery slope. You ok worth them banning people just because they want to?

And I do charter the airplane on occasion. Much better than first class where I normally set.
