You don’t let crazy people act out. You don’t know who they may hurt. Could stab someone with a pen. Restrain them immediately. Duct tape is a great solution. Tape them to the seat, and continue to the destination. Don’t divert the flight and inconvenience all the other passengers
The girt bar is why. She may have dislodged it and it WILL deploy the slide in the airplane.
