Lawsuits are a dime a dozen. You can get some docs to diagnose anything, if you pay them big bucks.
There is absolutely NO scientific credible evidence of any harm to any human. There are strong passions on both sides - particularity the enviro-wackos who use anecdotal stories as scientific fact, in order to shut down farming and landscaping, or likely to bring a lawsuit.
Whoever is on the defense in those cases needs to get people who have been studying the issue for years, all over the world with no proof of harm to humans, to testify.
