Actually, it has nothing to do with the approval status of the vaccine. Instead, COVID vaccine makers (and I believe employers and others who may make vaccinations a condition of employment and/or participation) are indemnified because of provisions in COVID relief bills signed into law by Trump.
You didn’t think those gigantic bills were merely spending money, did you?
