There’s a little flat battery on the motherboard can cause this if it’s dead or too low keeps the clock running and on the older putters BIOS.

I’ve been going through each selection in safe mode but it won’t load but 3 files and then goes back to the same ol’ repair screen that does zip, zero, nada.

It’s taps. 7 was a dear friend and will be missed greatly.
