Don’t forget vitamin D3 (5000 IU, daily,) zinc 50mg, daily, and a zinc ionophore (eg., hydroxychloroquine or quercetin.) Quercetin will be much easier to obtain, but it’s not as potent as is HCQ.
High doses of vitamin C might also be helpful, but you have to do it every few hours, because it doesn’t last long in the bloodstream.
Yeah……make sure you do all of that B.S. when you’re infected.
Arm chair helpers are not helping.
Any vitamin supplement regimen has to be plant-based, otherwise it’s a waste because you will not get close to the absorption you need. 8-12% absorption; 20% if chelated. The RDA won’t even matter at that point.
Find a local Youngevity distributor to you that has in stock Osteo FX for the D3 and Tangy Tangerine for the C. This is the Cadillac of plant-based, so it will be expensive, about $50 a can (one month supply but you will double or triple the dose so it’ll last 1-2 weeks).
I cured a lot of nasty stuff with this. It is the best.
Stop worrying about dosage and start worrying about levels. 5000 may not be nearly enough. You want a min of 60ng/ml blood levels. Quercetin needs to be take in large doses to be an effective ionophore. Read the damn studies before spouting off what you read on the internet.
