Of course the killer was out of jail after an attempted murder charge in 2016 so we wait with bated breath to find out why he was out of jail already. And to answer your questions, race has not been mentioned at all in this case, no Asian women, black men were killed by any white guy. The crime in this country committed by black men is high and it needs to be addressed.

Apparently the guy really got around. The place where he was speeding was near Lafayette, Indiana. That was just last summer when that happened. I’m guessing they had his DNA on his profile, and were able to match it to the bodies.
