I don't know if Dr. Bhakdi is a "kook," but he is very well credentialed, as people have pointed out in various posts. If you watch the video, he explains in scientific terms the reason for his concerns, and he cites several recent studies in support of them.

I personally have some questions about his presentation which I expressed in another post, but I don't think you should just dismiss him out of hand.

It's quite possible that many or most of the people promoting the vaccines are unaware of these issues, or dispute them, so we don't need to assume there's a vast conspiracy to reduce the world's population via these vaccines, even though we know that some elites have in the past expressed a desire for a radically reduced world population.
