Yes on taking the local school board on. What some are doing to our kids is so damaging. Once they get wrong, sick information and ideas into the heads of the children... it’s there! Innocence gone.

Some years ago, we went to work to get a teacher fired for lack and not willing to correct it. It took us 2 years and it is not a pleasant task. But care enough and don’t quit.

Today there are teachers who are so far from normal... so far from qualities to teach our children... to have them under their control for 7 - 8 hours

I've started a whisper campaign in my neighborhood for parents to demand they be included on the board that interviews and hires the teachers

I did a four year stint o the board and was appalled at the functional illiterates "they" hired.

I've seen very qualified and papered teachers set aside for the son of a board member .... someone that began almost every sentence with the word "so"
