Since the are about 500 species of sharks I would say, some do and some don't.
Here is NOAA Fisheries take on it:
"Most sharks can see well in dark lighted areas, have fantastic night vision, and can see colors."
I asked because having some idea of a shark’s visual system would be useful in deciding what does and doesn’t look like a seal to them, aside from silhouettes, motion, and brightness patterns.
