I always carry. However, when I was younger, twice, I was knocked unconscious and the first thing I knew about any problem was when I woke. As this was the first year of racial integration...there had always been blacks in my classes, but now it was 50/50...and I was hyper alert. The situation would be calm with nothing going on...then waking up bleeding. It’s called the knockout game today. Then it was just assault. The attacker runs in from behind and hits you with a cudgel as he runs by. He probably doesn’t even see you fall.
My point is, even if you’re armed, situations develop so quickly you don’t have the time to evaluate them. That won’t always be the case, but just being armed isn’t necessarily a cure-all.
Today, unlike high school, I can control where I am. I don’t go to bars. Don’t buy drugs or use prostitutes. I avoid convenience stores in bad neighborhoods. So, I am unlikely to either get assaulted or shot. Today, I’d never go to a public school as those places are WAY too dangerous.
The ever well-edited Daily Mail identifies Bryan Anthony Rhoden, 23, as the “unidentified gunman”.
A shame - he was just turning his life around.
I’m really curious about why he drove the truck onto the golf course. If it were a simple drug deal that’s a really conspicuous place to do it.

What we learn from this is that if you are on the course snd a feral drives up on the green, DO NOT CONFRONT.
Yep, a good friend of mine was held up at gunpoint while golfing, in Stone Mountain, GA. Fortunately, one of the other twosome he was paired with, whom he didn’t know, got a pistol from his golf bag and shot one of the teens through the face. Unfortunately, the wounds were not fatal.

A name like that remind you of a white middle manager in some accounting firm in Phoenix Arizona. Not a black bad ass trouble making NBA punk with an attitude.

This is the most confused story, who were the other murdered guys? I doubt they got murdered at the golf course.
