Most of our Midwest Amish do not get vaccinations. In my last conversations with some of them, they clearly see this leading to the “Mark”. I am proud of them!
As I’ve said before, different groups may decide they don’t want any vaccines or much medicines at all. Reading multple sources...I was actually surprised at how many do vaccinate their children with the more known traditional vaccines at rates as high as 62 percent depending on vaccine, belief traditions and available education. Still strong minority percentage numbers don’t vaccinate...as you have described. That is certainly their inalienable rights of conscience before the Living God that I believe no man has the right to interfere with.
As for covid vaccines, at risk persons or health care workers high at risk may need to be vaccinated but shouldn’t be forced to. I am at high risk due to age and my work with covid sick ICU patients so I took the Pfizers, having some knowledge of the risks. I think some younger folks shouldn’t take the Mrna vaxes due to instances of myocarditis occuring in some of those so vaccinated, at rates outside expected norms for their ages..(thus the vaccines should be looked at as a culprit).

One other thing...vaccinations aren’t received in the right hand or forehead. The Mark of the Beast will be an obvious mark...something visible and outrageously provocative against the Most High. The tattoo culture we are seeing more and more of is another bit evidence I believe of that coming collossal clash between Satan’s Beast man, prophet and Image and the three in one GodheadOf Father Son and Holy Spirit!
The tattoos and soon to come, more tragically, the beast mark, are visible evidence of an outward corruption that defiles. What goes into a person does not defile him but what comes out of him does!
