1) Falconer-big city mayor. Looks good on paper. And the corruption warts.
2) Cox-LOSER. Big ego though.
3)A celebrity? Name one.
4) My possibilities: Rick Grenell. Experienced on the national level. Or some billionaire that’s gay. Can’t remember. VDH-a historian who’ll teach Californians how dumb they are.
A GOP win would be a major shot across the bow nationally. Unfortunately the one party Calif. legislature would squish the new governor like it did Arnold. I do remember the ‘conservative’ governor Arnold calling for a special election with 5 propositions, ALL conservative. Problem is conservatives didn’t show up. When the answer is staring you right in the face we wilt.
Arnold-the slime ball did nothing to help McLintock become his Lt. Gov-2006. Had that succeeded Arnold could have resigned out of frustration and been a hero/martyr to all of us. Arnold had problems with the ‘hard right’ while praising Reagan. Slime I tell you.
