Unless they can charge her with a serious crime in office, like they did with Agnew, how do they force her out? Impeachment, death, or resignation are the only way she leaves office before her term is up.

As long as Joe doesn’t die and fades slowly, Dr Jill can do an Edith Wilson. If Joe can sign his name, he and Jill can officially object to any 25th Amendment challenge to their rule. It would then require 2/3rds vote from each House to remove him and install Kamala.
