Looks like one of the cell graphics regarding inflammatory response and cytokines activity from the paper referenced was lifted by the author of the original post.

Perhaps the technique is a combination of liposomal delivery of the mRNA and an inflammatory agent that enhances the bodies immune response to the spike proteins produced by the mRNA to make the vaccine more effective.

If so, I'm impressed with the approach, but the implementation could be implicated with of some of the negative side effects that are being reported.
