So…….appearances are not triage (French; means to sort).
Most appeared to be breathing without difficulty, no cyanosis, no neck or chest muscles working harder than they should. They spoke clearly. Equal facial movements not indicative of a CVA.
Some where in a vehicle……can’t be that bad off if they’re driving.
But, without an in-person exam and of course a chief complaint, who knows what adverse effect they’re having.

They are claiming victimhood when no one is rejecting their claim. That alone smells of “set-up”. Legitimate adverse vaccine reactions are being addressed. They can seek help for their problems……… I don’t know all of the various types but I hear there are many.
What you need to do is stop pretending you didn't say what you just said when somebody points it out to you. At least wait a day or two and do it on another thread. That way people may not notice.
