The imprisonment of peaceful protesters is an absolute travesty. If he had assaulted police, or legitimately expressed intention to cause physical harm to politicians, there might be a sliver of justification. But for those imprisoned without bail that were merely trespassing, this is Soviet or CCP style persecution. If we had a free press, these “dissidents” would be listed and discussed every day on the evening news. The traitor Bradley Manning got more support than these people.
