Having lived in the inner-city for 30+ years and, thusly, having never heard of an "old frame house" I can only assume that you mean a brick row house, or that you have no familiarity with firearms. Both cannot be true at the same time.
Your statement reminds me of people who are terrified that their kids will be gunned down at school by someone with a "machine gun".
