We can make a start with the 2022 primaries, but any serious investigation of Biden won't happen until after the 2024 election (assuming we are victorious).
Then again, there is ALWAYS Judicial Watch. They might be able to file FOIAs and get something to SCOTUS (but SCOTUS is not likely to do anything to harm Bite-Me).
