FTA: Today, Pennsylvania Sen. Doug Mastriano, who championed election integrity efforts in the state immediately after the 2020 election, announced a forensic investigation into three counties where rumors and accusations of voter fraud swirled last November.
“Today, as Chair of the Intergovernmental Operations Committee, I issued letters to several counties requesting information and materials needed to conduct a forensic investigation of the 2020 General Election and the 2021 Primary,” wrote Mastriano in an op-ed style statement posted to his website. “We have asked these counties to respond by July 31st with a plan to comply. The counties represent different geographical regions of Pennsylvania and differing political makeups. Some are Republican while others are Democrat, which means that this will be a balanced investigation.”

It is a start. This is where all sorts of legal hurdles materialized in the AZ audit... but they got through all that.
I am a little worried since the AZ audit group were rumored to give a preliminary overview last Monday but instead there has been silence. What we hear are 'leaks' from mostly credible sources - which does not cut the butter.
The last I heard - officially - is that there will be a statement in a few weeks. 😞
