I’m not on telegram so I can’t say for certain but I widely circulated something from the account you posted and some of the people I sent it to said it wasn’t his account, but a fan account. Is it possible he has two telegram accounts?
if it is an authentic Scavino message it may from Instagram, which only users can see. He has FB too.
