I neglected to add that I always use a diluted vinegar rinse after washing out the b.soda or soap. Other wise all sorts of horridness. Probably about 2 T of vinegar in a quart of water, rub in, and then rinse that out. I use white vinegar, I always have gallons on hand for cleaning and other uses. Yeah, that acid mantle on the skin needs to be kept intact! I never, ever use soap on my skin other than hands btw....
Whew. I think you’ll like ACV better. Remember the conditioner commercials where the product would make the frayed hair smooth? That’s exactly what the vinegar does. I’ve found that the “mother”, I know it’s gross, is a very good scalp cleaner too.
