Based on the short video, it appears to be a good-sized distribution step-down transformer burning in a substation. Rough guess, feeds 2000-10000 customers, but hard to gauge the size of it from the single video.

On my Grid in LA California. The explosion happened once and three critical failures in the past 10 years. Each taking 10 to 16 hours to repair with thousands of homes out of power. Last one was from what the DWP said was a metallic balloon (common shinny party balloon) crossing over one of the main lines in the grid causing the substation to damage.
