The Franklin Mint should be all over this.
When I was a lad (yes, dinosaurs still walked the earth) ice cream cost 5¢ per scoop. Foolish children with lots of money got triple scoops for 15¢, but nearly always lost a scoop or two due to gravity and and warm temperatures.
