My FIL gave as a computer with instructions where to plug in the wires and that's all that came with it !
After a week or so I learned about an ISP and signed up for a 40 hour weekly block (oh was I so naive !) ... and the first word my ex hippie brain said was "free".
I don't know where on the list Jim was, but the words coupled together free and republic, slapped me in my consciousness and and I learned the 40 hr/wk block was just, plain stupid.
