I pretty much grew up in the Chattanooga area. My family settled Higdon Alabama. Was this Sand Mtn?
The accident occurred close to Fort Payne. I’m not very familiar with that area, so it may have been Sand Mountain.
Cindy and her family were my neighbors when I was growing up. Her mom is from the Fort Payne area, so they eventually moved there.
