You just listed some of the greatest things mankind has come up with to combat viruses. The invention of soap was the greatest helper vs viruses in the history of mankind. Number two is not even close.

You also noted down post that you and your wife both got vaccinated so that’s 2 for 2. That is great and I am happy for you. My aunt and uncle got their second shot, my aunt had a stroke the next morning (she lived thankfully) and her husband died of a heart attack two days later. We laid him to rest a couple of months ago. So your 2 for 2 have been negated theoretically.

I wash my hands every time I come home, before and after touching food, and of course, in the bathroom.

I cannot remember the last time I had a cold. My doctor was impressed!
