It’s not the vaccines or Ivermectin that did it in India. It’s the lockdowns. I hate it but it’s true. Lockdowns have huge social costs but they do stop the spread.
In India, the falloff in cases happened in both the states that embraced Ivermectin (Delhi) and the states that rejected Ivermectin (Tamil-Nadu).
What these states had in common is that they implemented hard lockdowns. Their falloff in cases corresponds with when they implemented their lockdowns.
You can google the data.
DDG, not google. Gives real data, not supressed misinformation. And blows holes in YOUR disinformation.

Actually, I would say that VACCINES AND/OR IVERMECTIN play more of a part than lockdowns.
Well, this article’s author disagrees with you. ( May 21,2021 )

EXCERPT:
Tamil Nadu had the infamous distinction of leading India in new COVID-19 infections as of May 18, 2021.
“With 33,059 cases reported in the last 24 hours, Tamil Nadu (TN) is leading the state list,” reported an article published in the Business Standard. “May 19 was to be worse with 34,875 new infections, again with the dubious distinction of being number one in India.”
The Indian Express reported yet a further daily record increase to 35,579 of new TN infections as of May 20. Tamil Nadu has outlawed Ivermectin use for COVID, which may explain their horrific rise in new COVID infections.
Meanwhile, cases in Delhi continue to fall as they douse their COVID flame with Ivermectin. As of May 19, 2021, Delhi’s infections had plunged 87% from 28,395 on April 20 - when they began using Ivermectin - to just 3,846.
They began using Ivermectin when AIIMS announced adding Ivermectin to COVID-19 outpatient treatment, something my group, C19, has been calling for in the US since Dr. George Fareed, Dr. Peter McCullough, and Dr. Harvey Risch testified on November 19, 2020, to the US Senate. The trio advocated early outpatient treatment of the type Dr. Fareed and his associate Dr. Brian Tyson have used to save almost 6000 patients in California’s Imperial Valley.

The states of Goa, Uttarakhand, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu agreed to adopt Ivermectin. Goa led the way on May 10 with the announcement that every man and woman over 18 would receive 12 mg of Ivermectin daily for five days irrespective of COVID status. The world was finally moving in the right direction. Thank God!
Thank God, until an atheist and new Chief Minister, MK Stalin, took power on May 7, 2021, in Tamil Nadu and proclaimed that Remdesivir would replace Ivermectin as their drug of choice. Now Tamil Nadu’s cases are diverging from the states that chose Ivermectin.
Goa’s cases have dropped 62% in just nine days since announcing the Ivermectin policy - from 3124 down to 1204. The other Indian Ivermectin states have also enjoyed a substantial decrease in new infections. By contrast, Tamil’s citizens face an ascending escalator of cases bringing untold misery and mortality to this southern Indian community, which begs the question - When will Tamil Nadu hear the message that Ivermectin saves lives? When will the rest of humanity take heed?

And here is a more recent result in Tamil Nadu (Today’s news ):
Tamil Nadu coronavirus update: State records 4,013 new cases, 115 deaths
[EXCERPT]
“We received 1,57,76,550 vaccines of which we have vaccinated 1,52,00,785 till date and 6,41,220 doses are in stock. Despite the impact of virus on Tamil Nadu reducing, the number of testing of RT-PCR samples remained high,”
Now, compare this to Ivermectin-friendly Uttar Pradesh:
Uttar Pradesh reports 133 Covid-19 cases, one fatality
No fresh case was reported from 24 districts of the state, whereas 49 districts report new cases in single digits.
TAMIL NADU’s POPULATION: 72 Million
UTTAR PRADESH’s POPULATION: Over 200 Million
One state did not use Ivermectin, one state did.
Vaccination? Uttar Pradesh has one of the LOWEST vaccination rates:

AS for lockdowns... there are studies that show that they did more harm than good. See here:
https://nypost.com/2021/03/22/the-data-shows-lockdowns-end-more-lives-than-they-save/
And then there’s the comparison of lockdowns in different places versus those that did not. See here:

The evidence does not exactly fit your theory.
RE: It’s not the vaccines or Ivermectin that did it in India. It’s the lockdowns. I hate it but it’s true.
I direct you to this article with authors who actually STUDIED the effect of lockdowns on some of the most LAW ABIDING countries in the world

READ IT IN FULL.
Here is their conclusion:
What the new study from Northern Jutland shows is that an extreme form of lockdown didn’t work in one of the most law-abiding societies in the world. Why, then, should we expect lockdowns to be effective anywhere else?
