Not even in Texas..Lib DA Jose Garza has put a patriot on trial for murder in Austin ....He killed an antifa goon who was threatening him with a gun...Sorry,forgot the patriots name.....
Antifa and or BLM surrounded his car, one of them pulled out a firearm and pointed it toward the veteran in the car...and got off’d because of it.
The guy in the auto has a right to defend himself and I believe in the end it will be shown that is exactly what happened.
Problem is...after it’s all over, the guy is acquitted, he’ll be broke trying to defend himself in court against an overzealous prosecutor.
