Good question and I will try to answer in a non-hyperbolic manner as I gave up on the idea of justice 4 years ago with the Comey news conference.
As I understand it, these are the “transmitted” vote counts that go to the Sec of State and the media. I believe Mike Lindell is claiming that the Dominion machines reported to Dominion officials or a Dominion tally center before the uploads. Basically, in laymen’s terms and I am a bit confused about it all as well there were multiple steps in getting the final number in the final count.
IF, and I say if, there is a discrepancy in any of the numbers at any step (by the way, if the Dominion step is real that is pretty scandalous and illegal) from the physical audit to the numbers sent by packet to Dominion and/or to the Sec of State and final count tabulation it would be pretty big.
I think there was fraud, but I don’t know about Lindell’s stuff. It reads like a bad movie, but then again so did the last 5 years (especially last year).
For those not into hyperbole and clickbait I would urge you to listen to John Solomon’s interview on Warroom Pandemic today.
That was potentially explosive and it was from a reporter I trust 100% to get it right.
Link please.
That’s a lot of network packet data. And it would certainly be encrypted. Seems only the NSA would be able to capture it and or decode it. Is someone suggesting a white hat inside the NSA? Something else? (Unless you’re the NSA or working at an ISP, you can realistically only capture packets on a local area network. I must say I don’t follow this much, but curious what was the supposed sources/destinations and network protocols of these packets?

I heard it. Listen carefully.
Lots of talk of "irregularities" or "discrepancies" or possibly inconsistent tallies as in GA.
Not one word about fraud.
Not to be cynical but we've heard this same song from the same people for 7 months now while they continue to sell dietary supplements, push linens and promote goldbugs.
It's about time for them to actually produce something.
118 terabytes would be more than 50 megabytes per ballot. This is hyperbole. Unless you believe there are high resolution 24 bit color images for each of the 2M+ ballots, but then, I have a bridge to sell you.
so what did Solomon say?
