The Pennsylvania Supreme Court decided that a “non-prosecution agreement” the actor struck with a previous prosecutor should have prevented him from being charged in a case that stemmed from a 2004 encounter with accuser Andrea Constand.
Clearly he was victimized and railroaded by the systemic white supremacist racism, and we will all be reminded of this by every BLM-backing fake journalist from Oprah, Joy, and Whoopie on down.

His conviction wasn’t reversed because he wasn’t guilty: it was reversed because he gave a confession with a promise of immunity that was breached. It doesn’t make his confession any less true.
