I have lost weight since the Covid crisis began because I started to read more about health issues and nutrition and consequently limited how much sugar I eat and drink. I moved less, but I lost weight anyway.
One of our siblings has an easy way to determine if you gained weight during the pandemic.
Can you still put on, fasten the waist button on a pair of pre pandemic jeans and wear them comfortably?
If so that is good.
If not, that probably is not good news.
