Even offline may not be okay. Batteries should be out and wires/etc. totally disconnected, and the unit/camera/speakers/etc. possibly smashed, placed in water, etc. too. We have NO idea what additional microprocessors, transmitters, etc. they have added to all this stuff due to those like us who are/become at least somewhat aware.

Good point. I disconnected the security camera DVR from my network. That may not be enough.

But then I don’t have the recorded video if I ever need it.

Remember, some of their tech./electronics/etc. are as small or smaller than a grain of sand, and or micro-filament/etc. thin, etc.

The best/REAL security is dogs and LOTS of firearms/ammo.
The feds., etc. have people thinking they “need” to record at/in their homes, etc. when it is really ALL a ploy for the EVIL federal government, etc. to look/listen to all of us 24/7.

I have an old desktop, no camera or mic. We don’t have much in the way of “smart” devices.
To: Disambiguator
Good, what you have might be okay unless they put cameras and/or speakers in/as part of behind the screen and/or cooling vents areas.
They call all that BS “smart” so all the DUMB people buy it, use it, etc. How gullible and absolutely stupid ALOT of people are. Same thing with Alexa, echo, siri, supposed “home security”, etc., into infinity.

I am on vacation but I will view this later.
Rob has one that discussed Amazon sidewalk aka “Skynet Goes Live”:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccrUAp4GQvY
The summary is:
Everything from Ring and Alexa is recorded.
The devices are almost everywhere.
They set up a mesh network, but even if you opt out the devices in your neighborhood can track you as soon as you walk in front of a ring or go into a room with Alexa.
The frequencies they use can communicate up to 1/4 mile.
This could be used for tracking the infected and non-vaccinated or keeping an eye on anti-Democrat ‘terrorists’.
This and the above video should be viewed by all FREEPERS...
