I think most people aren’t aware of how formidable the British regulars were. They were capable of putting out tremendous firepower with skill and precision. That a ragtag bunch of militia and farmers even attempted to take them on is a testament to our forefathers’ courage.

Not too many people have the imagination to "see" that.

Probably the most valuable asset at the time was determination.
