Dumb and dumber, or merely denying what she knows to be true; which is that a black female is just as reasonably possible to disagree with her as a white male, based on disagreeing with many actions Lightfoot has taken.
Lightfoot is attempting to suggest any black female in public office is protected from criticism due to her race and gender. The idea just reflects her own obvious personal discrimination against whites and males.
