After interviewing 22 current and former staffers, officials, and associates of the president and vice president, Politico reporters paint a picture of “a tense and at times dour office atmosphere” for aides to Vice President Kamala Harris.
In a piece published on Wednesday night, Harris’s office is portrayed as a morale-killing and occasionally dysfunctional place that lacks effective communication.
“People are thrown under the bus from the very top,” said one source with knowledge of office politics among the vice president’s aides. “It’s not a healthy environment and people often feel mistreated. It’s not a place where people feel supported but a place where people feel treated like s—.”

I’ve run into my share of office lady psychos.
One and her good cop type gal pal almost drove me to a couple of nervous breakdowns. It took a while to figure out they were running a game on me.
My big offense was probably that wasn’t an O worshipper.
Who the h#ll ever expected HER to be efficient, competent and organized?
There are lots of very good female bosses out there. As with men, good and bad. I think both men and women however on average take criticism worse from women than from men, so female bosses in practicality have to be especially careful with how they communicate. Maybe has to do with reminding staffers of their mothers or something, I don’t know.
I think female staffers maybe expect that female bosses will be especially understanding and supportive of them in solidarity, whereas male staffers indeed may take criticism of their “performance” especially personally when it comes from women.
Kamala Harris is illegally sitting as Vice President. She's not a natural born citizen as specifically spelled out in the Constitution since her parents were not citizens when she was born. She, Jao Bai-Din, and the Democrat Party members that nominated her need to be charged.
As for this Leftist rag's hit piece on her. The Left knows they need to get her out of there if they can't cheat in 2024 like they did in 2020.
Absolutely!
Yep...
Picturing the Mama Alien in Aliens 2.
I had the distinct displeasure of working at the Defense Contract Audit Agency for about 3 years. Over 60% of the Agency is staffed by women. The two supervisors I had were horrible, backstabbing you know whats.
I was also privileged to associate with the first woman base commander, way back in 1978 at Hahn AB, Germany. To say she was imperious was an understatement. Frankly, I thought she looked ridiculous in fatigues and a helmet when a Tac Eval was taking place.
During her first Tac Eval, I was manning my post as the Army Liasion Officer. An NBC input was dropped midmorning, and I was called to the "Eagles' Nest" to give my recommendation to the Wing Commander. I earned his trust on my first Tac Eval by contradicting the Base Disaster Preparedness Officer.
As I was returning to my desk, this new Base Commander made the mistake of questioning why I, an Army 2nd LT, was making recommendations on NBC inputs when the Base had its own expert, the Disaster Preparedness Officer. The Wing Cdr lit into her for a good ten minutes, to the delight of us underlings in the Wing CP. She obviously wasn't used to being talked to like that, and huffed and puffed as she stormed out of the CP.
She lasted about six months, being kicked up to a staff position in Ramstein, where she was able to burnish her resume on the path to brigadier general.
I was lucky...my battalion was short range air defense, and women were not allowed, unlike the longer range AD units, such as Nike Hercules.
Makes sense, she has s### for brains and character.
