“Deals With Runbeck & Dominion

Raffensperger’s dilemma begins with the June 9, 2020 election primaries of Georgia. He coordinated a deal with Runbeck Election Services who “partnered with Dominion Voting and the state of Georgia to send out more than one million absentee ballots.”
