You haven’t been following this case very closely have you.
There are two cases involved.
In the first one they gave him immunity. And he admitted everything he did. He admitted he gave Quaaludes to women, then had sex with them. Are you not aware of that?
But he had immunity so they could not prosecute him for it.
In the second case they used his admission from the first case. And so he was found guilty.
What happened today was that the judge threw out the testimony because The government had given him immunity.
But he still admitted it.
Why are you saying he’s innocent?
You’re not too bright and a liar aren’t you?
He admitted to partying with women where they came and VOLUNTARILY took Quaaludes (as part of the party drug scene) and even then only gave that testimony as part of the civil trial where he was given immunity.
He flatly denied raping them both in the civil case and the criminal one.
