vehicle stopped by police at 3 am

and why did they stop him?
Oh he was leaving a shop? Never had a buddy with a shop?

Well, I've had few. We used to party to wee hours at his shop and no one ever stopped us after leaving.
Nobodies business when you leave a private property!

It's called a computer in each cruiser.
Follow, check the licence and if everything is kosher, go about your job.

But, no, they gotta play hard ball for every little stupid thing what happens in town.

Guess it's OK to stop everybody at 3AM. Get a grip.

We don’t know why he was stopped. I assume it was more than just minding his own business or driving under the speed limit. Just hold off on the hanging until the other side has a chance to respond to the stories. That’s my only point. Not that one or the other was guilty or totally at fault. As another poster noted, they force intends to release the body cam for starters so keep watch and see what happens over the next several days and then engage in your arguments as to who, if either, was at fault.
