If he loses his job, he should wear that like a badge of honor.

He may not necessarily be fired. Unless their bylaws specifically state immediate termination of found with a firearm on your person inside a Papa John’s location, then he may or may not be fired. Wording on these matters can be tricky.

Since it’s a franchise, it would appear employment is up to each I imdividual owner...unless it so violates a contract between the franchise owner and headquarters.
