Good find. Seems to verify the pool deck area collapsed first. You can see the debris. Another video suggests there was time to get out. An 88 old woman made out of her 5th floor apartment as well as someone from the 11th floor that helped her.
Holy heck. Did that first floor guy who went down, saw this, then bugged out, did he call anyone, the cops, firefighters, anybody?
