I was talking to my doctor friends last week and they said exactly what you are saying.  Private Practice Doctors (independent docs) were gone and the entire field of medicine is now corrupt.  The question I have is, is the major problem forced group speak/thought from management or is it driven by BigPharma and insurance companies?  BTW, would you please put me on your ping list?
