the responses so far in this thread are not lining up with the fundamental claim Lindell is making. It is not just being able to ID packets from China. It is that these packets had a definite destination. He is claiming to have linked Source A (china) with Target B (The Dominion Machines in specific locations). If this can be established and not refuted, he wins. Then we have a problem.

No, you're wrong. You've vastly oversimplified the claim. It's not enough to show that packets from China came to a router used at a polling location. Let's say for the sake of argument that, somehow, there was a network analyzer capturing packets coming into that router, and Lindell's team got the dumps (almost impossible, but set that aside for the moment). Just because a packet comes from China doesn't mean anything. What type of packet is it? I can look at any of my firewall logs on any particular day and see tons of intrusion attempts. That's why we have firewalls. It doesn't mean that the Chinese have hacked my servers (they haven't).
