0.36% improvement doesn’t seem very significant to me.
If your A1C is, say a normal 5.5, 0.36% of that is a reduction of 0.02, to 5.48. Not noticeable, and for any individual test, probably within the tolerance of the measurement.
That’s exactly what I thought when I saw that number.
