That would be hilarious if it weren’t so sad.
It appears violent crime is becoming prevalent in the downtown area that tourists enjoy. I have spent many nights on Michigan Ave and felt very safe. The criminals didn’t dare go there. Now is a different story.
Chicago “was” a great American city.
