One of the questions will be if it is safe enough for people to get their possessions out.
On the existing part of the collapsed building I’d say no, it’s not worth risking lives to save stuff.
With the sister building if I lived there I’d be moving out right now before the place gets condemned...which I expect will happen soon unless it gets a stellar inspection report.
