I agree with you that media has spun COVID to ridiculous degrees, as they spin every significant issue to assist their political preferences. Many in the scientific community politicized their evaluations, like Fauci, and the Lancet published smear job on hydroxychloroquine, that had to be retracted.
I personally don’t think there is reasonable value in vaccinating pre-pubescent school kids, but I have heard of outbreaks around high school sports teams. I am not emotionally wedded to any policy position on what age is appropriate for vaccination - let the chips fall where they may, it is other people’s job to make those calls.
Whenever I point out facts or arguments that can be construed as in favor of vaccination, I get all kinds of abusive personal insults. It is routine around here, from a handful of folks. It is like they are trying to censor or cancel anything and anyone that fails to support their position (even when those positions are deep out in left field).
I appreciate that you have your own views on these issues, and you seem well reasoned and considerate. So sorry for snapping back at you, FRiend.

These are crazy days. ‘Snapping’ or responding passionately is fine when the heart is not mean spirited and I would be a bit hypocritical if I made a claim I don’t do it. I read your posts with true curiosity.
