For Indiamart, you have to pick a seller. It is like Ebay, and each seller has their own homepage on the site, usually with a custom domain name.
If you log in to Indiamart and go to a seller’s page, I think they get notified, and they will contact you. You may get a ton of email offers from clicking around the website.

To pay them, you may have to sign up for an account at https://wise.com/, which is like paypal, in order to make a credit card payment. Other sellers may have easier payment options.
This seller does not normally include shipment tracking info, but they might make that available for an extra fee.
Shipping is very slow, but a faster option may be available for extra.
My second choice seller seems to have disappeared since I did some comparison shopping a few weeks ago! So Indiamart is probably not 100% reliable.
The following option is from a brick & mortar pharmacy that also uses Indiamart, but the quoted prices were about 30% higher than the quote in my previous post ($20 vs $15 for 100 IVM pills):
